Are you an employer?
In the live service every employer journey — a work accident, an occupational disease, or an accident involving an employee who was also performing platform work — is filed through the myMOM Portal, which is also where you select your organisation's UEN/Entity ID. That portal is a separate project and is not part of this e-service, so sign in through Business usersabove with your organisation's CorpPass and choose Employer as your role.
